Here are 20 ways that you could, as soon as right now, be making better use of your free, universal resources.

If thoughts are prayers (and I believe they are), then here are 20 ways to use your thoughts to navigate life toward what you.

  1. Ask for more. Anytime something good happens in your life, notice it, celebrate it, savor it. And then say, More like this please!
  2. Create a list of dream attributes for anything you desire. Your dream job. Your dream car. Your dream relationship. Add to the list daily and see yourself embodying what you want to have. It’s a great way to communicate your preferences.
  3. Decide where you want to go and how you want to be at some future time. Practice being there today. For instance, start saying, I’m already a successful author! Savor the moment to make it last longer.
  4. Ask for help with ANYTHING. When I do this, the answers come to me, often in unusual ways, and I always celebrate when I get an answer to a question.
  5. At the end of the day, turn down your bedding and say a prayer of gratitude for every good thing that happened in your day. See this prayer as data for the great big divine to know what you prefer.
  6. Get ahead of every part of your day by saying I want before you enter the next phase of the day. This not only brings clarity, it sets you up for success.
  7. Make a list of all the things you like about any object in your experience. That list will reveal themes and those themes are areas of focus that will lead to great success for you.
  8. Appreciate everything that comes into your life. Just because.
  9. Make a mountain our of a mole hill. Start with one small idea of something you enjoy and stay with that idea until it grows larger and larger in your experience.
  10. Make a list of all of your favorite life moments. Spent time with each one and in this way send out data as to what you love.
  11. Ask for clear guidance. When you receive it, follow it.
  12. Be open to receiving intuitive hits. Let your mind peruse a menu to see where your eyes land. Let yourself walk with awareness at the grocery to see what appeals to you. Set an intent to be open and watch life rise to meet you.
  13. Bless your food. Thank it. Infuse it with positive energy and savor the food you choose to eat.
  14. Make a list of your tasks and then choose one that you want help with. Ask for help. Wait and be astonished at what occurs.
  15. Make a collage of images you enjoy. Let your energy get infused with that enjoyment. Make lists that represent what you enjoy about the collage you made.
  16. Assume the best from spirit. Expect the best from spirit.
  17. Tell others of the great things happening in your life. Talk up the good moments; gloss over the less so.
  18. Do a prayer dump when you need to get something off your chest, or off your mind. Just let it all pour out in prayer and hold back nothing. Be real. Be honest. And then end with a clear ask for what you want.
  19. Start a collection of any object you love. State what you love about your collection and talk it up.
  20. Anytime you are in the vicinity of something you enjoy, put on a smile. Your energy will radiate what you enjoy faster than you can say, Thank you!
