5 WAYS TO AMP UP YOUR ENERGY
Apr 07, 2025We all know that high vibe is the way to go. It makes you feel better, do better, and get more done. What if I told you that you can, all on your own, amp up your energy so that you are more productive and more conducive to good feelings? Ready to start? Here are 5 ways you can amp up your own energy.
- Go outside and talk to the trees, the rocks, and the plants. Tell them all how beautiful they are. Make friends with the sky and admire it. Just soak in nature with a running dialog of how awesome you think nature is. Key point: get out of your own head and into some positive vibes. Naturally.
- Eat your favorite meal and savor it. Talk about how pretty the plate looks before you dig in. Stop and appreciate the flavor, the texture, the temperature. Just notice any positive aspect of what you are eating, and you are literally feeding yourself good vibes.
- Make a list of places that you have been to that you enjoyed. You could list Alaska and the grocery store in the next town over. Just revisit good memories and then put that place on the list. In just a few minutes, you are harnessing the power of your good moments to support you today. Brilliant.
- Turn up the volume on a song you love. Let the music pulsate through you. Sing along. Dance. Move your body and let your favorite song linger on in your head, creating a lasting high vibe moment.
- Get into bed and talk about how good it feels to be in your own bed. Appreciate the sheets, the air temperature, the pillow. Go through a checklist of everything about your bed that you love and put yourself to sleep in a high vibe state. Pointer: we generally awake in the state we put ourselves to bed.
You have more power than you realize. Use your power to benefit you. Side benefit? Everyone around you benefits to, as we all like to be around high vibes.
